Lynda Hinton has been a lifetime Whatcom County resident and has devoted the past 6 years of her life to selling real estate…and loves it. Prior to selling real estate, she worked in the developing and building fields with the County and a local architectural firm. She has achieved several designations in the past 5 years and won sales awards during each of those years as well, gaining a great deal of knowledge in residential real estate. Dick Skeers, President, has concentrated on finding select property where he can create "special places", most recent of which are The Highlands, South Hills and now Hannah Creek. In the past 30 years, he has three times been the President of the Home Builder’s Association and also has been the Association's Home Builder of the Year four times, always putting the emphasis on affordability and homeownership interests. He also is a long time member of the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) and one of its "Builder 20 Club" members with the goal of continually improving his company’s ability to deliver the best possible home. Dick’s commitment to the local community is best exemplified by his 15 years on the Whatcom County Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors with two and a half years as President of the Board and now on the Building Committee for the new Ferndale Club. He is also a recipient of the Bill Quehrn Community Service Award.
Ron Barter is a third generation resident of Bellingham where he and his wife Sue have raised their family. Ron specializes in construction management with 28 years experience in local construction businesses. Ron and Sue owned North Sound Equipment most recently, and Ron worked at Dawson Construction for 18 years. Ron's attention to quality will ensure that Edgewater Condominiums are exceptional quality and a place you will want to call home.
Chris Knudsen was born and raised in Bellingham, and he and his wife Jennifer welcomed their first child to the family last year. Chris has a degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington, and has worked on a number of large projects in Seattle and California including Marion Oliver McCaw Hall and Memorial Medical Center (Modesto, CA). His role as Project Engineer / Project Manager for Baugh Construction and Skanska USA Building, Inc. has given him a strong background in several diverse projects.
